Return and Exchange Policy

At Mon Ami Jewelry, we take great pride in our reputation for quality and exceptional value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 30 days from the date of purchase.

*Please be advised that original shipping and handling fees are not refundable once the item has been shipped. Refunds will only be processed after items have been received.
